Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. In the first received e-mail there’s a link to ‘Cancel’ which accesses your reservation on the site and you can click on ‘Delete’ button at the bottom. You will receive an e-mail for this action.
Cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Can I change the dates of my stay?
Yes. In the first received e-mail there’s a link to ‘Modify’ which accesses your reservation on the site and you can change all the data and finally click on ‘Modify’ button at the bottom. You will receive an e-mail for this action.
Our staff will analyze the changes and will contact you if necessary.
